NEXCORE: Journal of Computer Science & Intelligent Systems is committed to providing immediate and permanent open access to all published content in order to support the global exchange of scientific knowledge.

1. Open Access Principles

NEXCORE follows the principle that scientific research results should be freely accessible to the public without financial, legal, or technical barriers.

  • All articles are available free of charge to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link.

  • No subscription or pay-per-view fees are required.

  • Open access is granted immediately upon publication.

2. Publication License

All articles published in NEXCORE are licensed under:

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)

This license permits users to:

  • Share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format)

  • Adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material)

Under the following conditions:

  • Appropriate credit must be given to the authors and the journal

  • A link to the license must be provided

  • Indicate if changes were made

3. Copyright

  • Copyright remains with the authors.

  • Authors grant NEXCORE the right of first publication.

  • Authors are allowed to archive and distribute their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic platforms.

4. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Article Processing Charges (APC) are determined by Soratekno Publisher and are transparently stated on the journal website.

NEXCORE is committed to:

  • Maintaining affordable publication costs

  • Providing fee waivers or discounts for authors from certain institutions or developing countries (if applicable)

5. Digital Archiving

To ensure long-term digital preservation, NEXCORE implements archiving systems through:

  • Institutional repositories

  • Garuda and SINTA portals

  • Google Scholar

  • LOCKSS system (if available)

6. Data Access Policy

Authors are encouraged to provide open research data whenever possible to enhance transparency and research reproducibility.
