Publication Fee (APC)

NEXCORE: Journal of Computer Science & Intelligent Systems applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the sustainability of editorial management, journal operations, and open access publishing.

NEXCORE is committed to providing professional, transparent, and affordable scholarly publishing services for authors worldwide.


1. APC Policy Principles

  • NEXCORE operates under a full Open Access model, making all published articles freely accessible to readers worldwide.

  • APC is charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

  • There is no submission or initial review fee.

  • There are no hidden charges.


2. Publication Fee

The Article Processing Charge for each accepted article is:

IDR 150,000 (One Five Hundred Thousand Indonesian Rupiah)

The APC covers:

  • Editorial management

  • Peer review process

  • Copyediting and proofreading

  • Article layout and formatting

  • DOI registration

  • Hosting and digital archiving

  • Indexing and dissemination


3. Waiver and Discount Policy

NEXCORE offers APC waivers or discounts for:

  • Authors from partner institutions

  • Institutional collaboration articles

Requests for waivers or discounts must be submitted via the editorial email along with an official request letter.


4. Payment Method

Payment is required only after the manuscript has been accepted and the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) has been issued.

Payment method:

  • Bank transfer to the official Soratekno Publisher account

  • Account details will be provided via the official editorial email


5. Refund Policy

APC payments are non-refundable if:

  • The author withdraws the manuscript after acceptance

  • The manuscript has entered the production stage (copyediting/layout)

Refunds may be considered only in cases of administrative errors by the journal management.


6. Transparency and Accountability

NEXCORE upholds transparency and accountability in managing publication fees and ensures that all funds are used to improve journal services and quality.
