Hubungan Pola Asuh Orangtua Dengan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Didesa Sigitan Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara

Abstract

Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, which is not merely free from disease or disability, in all matters relating to the reproductive system, as well as its functions and processes. The aim of the adolescent reproductive health program is to help adolescents understand and be aware of the science of adolescent reproductive health, so that they have healthy attitudes and behavior and are of course responsible in relation to reproductive life issues. Several factors related to reproductive health are parental care. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and the level of knowledge of adolescents regarding adolescent reproductive health in Sigitan Village, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach which aims to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population of this study was 164 teenagers, the sample was 62 teenagers using a questionnaire. The research results showed that the variable related to reproductive health was parenting style (p-value = 0.001). Based on the research results, it is hoped that the suggestions given will broaden the insight of parents and teenagers regarding the types of good and appropriate parenting patterns for teenagers regarding adolescent reproductive health in Sigitan Village, Padang Lawas Regency.
